My name is Mayuko Tazumi Longaretti.
I was born in Osaka, Japan.
Presently I'm working in Milan as hand made character designer and animator.
In these years I've worked in Milan in Fusako Yusaki Studio for Swiss television RTSI, the Japanese network NHK and Italian Rai television.
I've also collaborated with Misseri Studio in Florence on a clay animation serie for English Channel 5 and Cartoon Network: Mio & Mao.
As a freelance I've recently worked with iTOON Studio for Benesse Co Japan and MBS Mainichi TV on animations for kids. My self produced short film "il Filobus n°75" and a selection of my animations has been showed in Milan at Aspesi fashion store.
As an illustrator I've been selected at the International Bologna Bookfair in 2006 and I've just published my first book for Italian editor DeAgostini.
